Lie down or sit in a comfortable chair.  Go Fantasy alone or in a group.  If alone, relax, read a script, close your eyes, and let happen what happens.  If in a group have people take turns reading the script.

 

When you read for the group, play around with music, voice tone, speed, pauses, volume, etc., and find the best mix.

 

You may or may not choose to use a candle.  For many, candlelight creates a powerful atmosphere that increases the reality of the experiences.  And try background music, like Music of the Pleiades.  Explore what works best.

 

After you create the Power Words ALPHA and BETA, do the next adventure a few times to enjoy the nourishing cookies and refreshing tea at The House of Golden Lanterns.  Great positive placebos.

EXPLORE ALPHA AND BETA

When you are wide awake, here and now, your senses actively in touch with the physical world, your brain waves are rapid and called BETA.

 

As you begin to use your imagination and drift away from awareness of the physical world the frequency of the waves slow and move toward ALPHA.

 

Much creative work is done toward the ALPHA end of the scale, like when you play the piano, paint a rose, or formulate a new theory.  Best go BETA when you evaluate your piano playing, painting, and theory.

 

Follow the instructions and let your imagination Flow Freely:

 

Look around the room, listen to the sounds around you, feel your body.  Place yourself solidly in the here and now.  Solidly in the physical world.  BETA.

 

Close your eyes.  Imagine sitting at the table eating your favorite food.  Taste and smell the delicious food.  When the experience of sitting at the table is strong, see, say or hear ALPHA.

 

Open your eyes.   Solidly return to the physical world of here and now.  BETA.

 

Close your eyes.  Remember a pleasant experience from your past.  ALPHA.

 

Open your eyes,   Solidly return to here and now.  BETA.

 

Close your eyes.  Imagine listening to your favorite music. ALPHA.

Open your eyes,   Solidly return to here and now.  BETA.

 

Practice using the two Power Words to move back and forth along the scale between BETA and ALPHA.

 

Spend the week playing around with your brain waves.  Notice the differences when you make love, watch a movie, listen to music, dance, draw a picture, etc.  The shift toward ALPHA is similar to taking psychedelic or psychotropic drugs, except it’s free, legal and you control the effect.

 

Best to always return to BETA when you finish exploring.  You don't want to get run over, mugged, or sent to the funny farm.  And for sure don't go ALPHA when you need to attend to the world around you.  Like, go full BETA when you drive a car.

Visit more than once, to be with family, friends and interesting strangers---and to enjoy the refreshing tea and the delicious, nutritious cookies.

If in a group take turns reading the instructions.  You'll soon become familiar with the best cadence and pacing.  If alone, read through the instructions, close your eyes and start the experience.

You may want to use a candle.  For many people, a candle in a darkened room moves them more quickly toward ALPHA.

 

Come to the tea house as often as you like.  Many will want to come visit with you--- family, friends, and interesting strangers.   Or perhaps you would just like peaceful moments alone, sitting by the lily pond---enjoying the delicious, nutritious cookies and refreshing tea.

Small squirrels run back and forth.

 

Birds fly through the air.

 

 

To a tea house on a lily pond.

Golden lanterns hang from the eves.

Slowly swinging back and forth in the gentle breeze.

 

So beautiful.

 

A young girl greets you.

“We welcome you to The House of Golden Lanterns."

 

She takes you to a table overlooking the lily pond.

Bows and leaves as you sit down.

 

Ducks swim among the water lilies.

 

Birds fly back and forth across the pond.

 

 

The young girl returns bringing tea and cookies.

“The tea and cookies are very special and will deeply rejuvenate your mind and deeply rejuvenate your body.”

 

You eat the nourishing cookies and drink the refreshing tea.

 

She will bring more whenever you like.

 

Ducks swim by.  Birds skim the water for bugs.

 

So peaceful and beautiful.

 

 

Perhaps a friend or an interesting stranger will come and join you.

Perhaps a member of your family.

Or perhaps you prefer a quiet time alone, sitting by the lily pond.

 

 

 

 

It is almost time to come back.

 

Back to the here and now.

 

It is time.   Open your eyes. Look around the room.

 

Stand up, move around.  Make sure you are solidly back to BETA.

We went wild.  Clicking the places on the Google site and traveling around the world.  Wild.  Did you ever make love inside a temple at Angkor Vat?  Nobody caught us.  Is that sacrilege?  Well any God that’s worth having, enjoyed it as much as we did.  If he or she or it didn’t, not my kind of God, and she, he, or it can go to Hell.  I’m pretty sure that’s sacrilege.

We tried a couple times with different places.  Couldn’t get into it.  Maybe wait a week or so and try again.  No.  Not going to give up.  Went back and did the Anchoring beta and alpha again.

 

Better.  We took turns picking the places.  We kind of went in and out of the places.  Sometimes it felt like we were really there, other times we were just making believe.  Need more practice getting to and staying in alpha.

Time travel was harder than space travel.  We tried to go see how the pyramids were made but all we got was a lot of hot, rocky, empty desert.  Hot, dry, lifeless.  Maybe that was what the place was like before the pyramids were built.  Time calibration off a little.  Try again some other time.

No.  Couldn’t time travel.  Need more practice going more alpha.  Bob, Betty and I are going back to the start, and get more alpha.
